Do you offer a free consultation session?
For training I offer a free 30-minute phone consultation. For consulting I offer a free 10-minute phone consultation. This call requires no obligation.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule a training/ consulting session. If you do not show up to your scheduled session, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, or if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full fee of your session.
